Welcome to the sports registration page. Please review the dates below for when your sport is open for registration.  These are the typical yearly registration dates for each sport.

Most registration periods are approximately 30 days.  After that, late registrations are handled on a case-by-case basis with the sport's lay director, and subject to team capacity.  Please see the Athletic Policy for more information on team sizes.

Work Duty

With each of the above registrations comes a work duty obligation. One work duty per sport regardless of how many children you have in that same sport.  The Golf program is exempt from work duty.  A shift is typically 5 hours, and there are occasionally some buyout opportunities if you find you simply cannnot manage the time required.  Please see the QASAA policy on work duty.

Work Duty Buyout

The Activities Association is dependent upon volunteers to keep the operations running. Occasionally there are expected to be more families registered than work duty slots needed.  In these cases, a buyout option will be made available for those who need to avoid conflicts or may find it difficult to fulfill a work assignment. A limited number of work duty buyout options will be made available. Once they are exhausted, a work duty assignment must be selected.  Register early if you will be needing a buyout.
