Special Note to High School families (starting 2014):  If you are registering your son/daughter for High School baseball or softball and you do NOT have a younger child playing at the grade school level, you need to obtain a Work Duty Exemption Code first before registering. Work Duty shifts have been increased to 5hrs for 2013 as we have forecasted lower enrollment based on trending.  This length is not unusual when compared to other parishes. We hope to reduce this back to shorter shifts as soon as enrollment in all sports begin to stabilize.  We apologize, but we need to ensure the concession stands are staffed throughout the sport seasons.

Work Duty Buyout:

The Activities Association is dependent upon volunteers to keep the operations running. We understand there are times when fulfilling the work duty may prove difficult.  In these cases, a buyout option will be made available for those who need to avoid conflicts or may find it difficult to fulfill a work assignment. A limited number of work duty buyout options will be made available. Once they are exhausted, a work duty assignment will need to be selected.  Register early if you will be needing a buyout.
