Our Mission & Goals

Our athletic program is built around the following shared goals:

• Foster a welcoming environment where parish families and community members can connect, build relationships, and strengthen our parish community.

• Provide a safe, healthy setting where youth can develop leadership skills, physical fitness, self-confidence, and positive character.

• Promote sportsmanship, respect, and fellowship with other parishes and schools through league competition.

• Teach fundamental skills, teamwork, and the rules of each sport in a supportive and encouraging way.

• Encourage personal responsibility, discipline, and faith-based values through athletics.

Program Leadership & Organization

The Queen of All Saints Athletic Association works to ensure our programs are well-organized, well-led, and focused on student development. Our responsibilities include:

• Organizing and promoting athletic opportunities for boys, girls, and adults.

• Determining which sports programs to sponsor and the number of teams to field.

• Recruiting and supporting qualified, committed coaches.

• Managing parish facilities, equipment, uniforms, and schedules.

• Ensuring player eligibility in accordance with parish by-laws and CYC regulations.

• Overseeing all athletic activities and events within the parish.

A Community Built on Faith and Service

Our Athletic Association is a volunteer-driven organization committed to providing a Christ-centered sports experience for parish members of all ages. We proudly offer programs in baseball, softball, soccer, volleyball, and basketball.

Volunteers from our parish make this program possible, and we are grateful for their time, dedication, and leadership.

Monthly meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 8:00 PM in the cafeteria. All interested parishioners are welcome to attend and get involved.
